  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, chili sauce, garlic, and ginger for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions and bell pepper until tender.
  3. Add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
