  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Butterfly the flank steak and pound it to an even thickness.
  3. Layer the turkey bacon, chicken ham, spinach, and mozzarella cheese on the steak.
  4. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Tightly roll the steak and secure it with kitchen twine.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak on all sides.
  7. Transfer the steak to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven, let rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
