  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. While baking, prepare the spicy mayo dip by mixing mayo, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl.
  7. Serve the meatballs hot with the spicy mayo dip.
