4 large russet potatoes
6 strips turkey bacon
1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Boil the russet potatoes until tender, then allow them to cool before dicing.
Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it into small pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Mix all ingredients well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
