Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
  3. Add diced potatoes and chicken ham, then pour in the chicken broth.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  6. Use a potato masher to mash some of the potatoes for a creamy texture.
  7. Serve hot, topped with cheddar cheese, green onions, and crumbled turkey bacon.
