Loaded Baked Potato Soup

A creamy and comforting soup combining the flavors of loaded baked potatoes with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
  3. Add diced potatoes and pour in chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Use an immersion blender to blend the soup to desired consistency.
  5. Add in turkey bacon and chicken ham, then stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.

Notes

  • For a thicker soup, blend longer or add more potatoes.
  • Top with additional cheese and bacon for extra indulgence.
