  • 1/4 cup olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, olives, and parsley.
