These Mini Oreo Cheesecakes are the perfect indulgent treat for any occasion, combining the classic flavors of Oreos with the creamy texture of cheesecake.

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 10 mini Oreos for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor and mix with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottoms of a muffin tin lined with cupcake liners.
  4. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crusts and bake for 22-25 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool, then top with mini Oreos before serving.

Notes

  • For a chocolate version, add cocoa powder to the cheesecake mixture.
  • Chill for a few hours for best results.
