Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cube the French bread and place it in the dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour the mixture over the bread cubes and gently mix in the diced peaches.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
