- 4 cups onions, sliced
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cheese, shredded (optional)
- In a skillet, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
