  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 150g granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g all-purpose flour
  • 50g pistachios, chopped
  • 6 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, chopped
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together in a bowl over simmering water.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the chocolate mixture with the egg mixture and mix well.
  5. Fold in the flour, chopped pistachios, chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates, and salt until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Allow to cool in the pan before slicing into squares.

Notes

  • For a nuttier flavor, toast the pistachios before adding them to the batter.
  • Top the brownies with additional crushed Ferrero Rocher for decoration.
