- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g unsalted butter
- 150g granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 50g pistachios, chopped
- 6 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, chopped
- pinch of salt
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together in a bowl over simmering water.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the chocolate mixture with the egg mixture and mix well.
- Fold in the flour, chopped pistachios, chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates, and salt until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
