  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds for garnish
  • 2 orange slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pomegranate juice, orange juice, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the glaze generously over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with pomegranate seeds and orange slices before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra burst of flavor, marinate the salmon in the glaze for a few hours before baking.
