  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the sausage over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in the potatoes, chicken broth, and thyme; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
