2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon red food coloring
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in the food coloring and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
Fold in the white chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set.
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add an extra tablespoon of cocoa powder.
