  • 1 cup rye flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup sauerkraut
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flours, yeast, salt, and sugar.
  2. Slowly add warm water while mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Roll out the dough, layer with turkey bacon, chicken ham, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Dijon mustard.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
