Ingredients

  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 8 small tortillas

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then grill or pan-sear until cooked through.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a pan.
  4. Assemble tacos: layer salmon, turkey bacon, cabbage, and avocado. Squeeze lime juice over the top.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a dollop of sour cream or pico de gallo.
  • Can substitute salmon with any other fish if preferred.
