  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Fold in sour cream and pour the mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  6. Allow the cheesecake to cool before drizzling with salted caramel sauce.

  • For best results, chill the cheesecake overnight before serving.
