- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the beef broth, sour cream, and Dijon mustard. Pour the mixture over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve the meatballs with the sauce over egg noodles or rice.
