Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana with a fork until smooth.
  3. Add the granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
