  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
  4. Add the sugars, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  5. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and cream of tartar.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
