Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until meat is browned.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, black beans, and corn; stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips, half of the beef mixture, and half of the cheese. Repeat layers.
