  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  2. Drain excess fat and add soy sauce, gochujang, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine cucumber, green onions, rice vinegar, and sugar. Toss well.
  4. Serve the beef hot with the cucumber salad on the side.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add more gochujang to taste.
  • Can substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
