  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 cup water

  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Add chicken thighs and marinate for 30 minutes.
