- 1 cup heavy cream
 
- 1 cup brown sugar
 
- 3 large eggs
 
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
- 1 teaspoon bourbon
 
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
