  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup fresh cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the dried cranberries.
  7. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. For the frosting, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  10. Spread the frosting over the cooled bars and top with white chocolate and fresh cranberries.
