  • 1 package rice paper wrappers
  • 1 cup vermicelli noodles, cooked
  • 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, julienned

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. Add garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, and chili paste; mix well.
  3. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until softened.
