Tiramisu Brownies

Tiramisu Brownies are a delicious combination of rich chocolate brownies and creamy coffee-flavored tiramisu.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together.
  3. In another bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar, followed by the eggs and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until just combined.
  5. Spread the brownie mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine mascarpone cheese and cooled coffee.
  7. Pour the mascarpone mixture over the brownies and gently swirl with a knife.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before cutting into squares and serve.

Notes

  • For a more intense coffee flavor, use espresso instead.
  • These brownies can be chilled for a more firm texture.
