- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and prick them with a fork. Bake for about 45 minutes until tender.
- Let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut them in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides into a bowl.
