Vegan Banana Pudding

This vegan banana pudding is a dessert that everyone will love, combining creamy textures with the delicious taste of bananas.

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package vegan vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine almond milk, coconut cream, maple syrup, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Cook over medium heat, whisking continuously until the mixture thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
  4. In serving dishes, layer the vegan vanilla wafers, banana slices, and the pudding mixture.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle cinnamon between layers.
