  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegan cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons beet juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. In another bowl, mix warm almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a dough.
  4. Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough and spread with melted coconut oil and cinnamon.
  6. Roll up the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a baking dish and let them rise again for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Mix powdered sugar, vegan cream cheese, and beet juice for icing.
  10. Drizzle icing over warm cinnamon rolls before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add more cinnamon.
  • Use a different plant-based milk if preferred.
